Fully Automatic Price-Koch Zn-Ni Rack Plating Line with 42 Stations (6 Zn-Ni stations) including all tanks, scrubber, 2 exhaust fans, filtration system with pumps, dryer, ultrasonics, and 4 very nice Price Koch hoists, electric heaters and chiller. This line was originally built for Akebono in Kentucky and is now in Mexico ready to install at your facility.

The line has a plating window of 23.5″ W x 33.5″ H, and the overall footprint of the original installation including all 42 stations, wet shuttle and catwalk was approximately 37’ W x 50’ long x 17’ tall.
