After achieving his bachelor’s degree in analytic chemistry in 1978 Jacko Pijper joined Quaker Chemical (Holland) BV dedicating himself to the development of chemical specialties for the pulp and paper industry.
From 1986 Jacko became R&D manager of KNP Vouwkarton a major boxboard manufacturer in The Netherlands. From there Jacko moved to Schill & Seilacher GmbH, Hamburg/Germany and became responsible for the sales of specialty chemicals in the pulp, paper, and food industry in the MENA region.
In 2002 Jacko joined Magneto special anodes BV, a Dutch manufacturer of titanium anodes, in the position of Global Product Manager metal plating applications. In this role he also supported the grass roots start-up of manufacturing and sales of titanium anodes in China.
Jacko joined Optimum Anode Technologies Camarillo CA, a division of Titan Metal Fabricators, the largest US manufacturer of corrosion resistant equipment, in 2019 in his present position of Global Business Development Manager.
Jacko has the Dutch nationality and lives with his family in The Netherlands.
